Yogisland has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Yoga apparel and equipment products. These products have been developed over 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow our brand to create profitability and grow our own community. We will do so by single handily uplifting every yogi that we can. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base.
Yogisland has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as needing assurance that the business in the community are in alignment with the same vision and collective consciousness and vibrational frequency. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of yogis.
The Value Proposition
Yogisland is uniquely positioned to deliver value to people interested in yoga. "Yogisland will provide product, but most of all support, care, a life time friend growing with you, and uplifting you keeping you accountable to you practice with our awesome products!" In order to deliver on this value proposition, we use our ability to stay in the know of what yogis all over are yearning for and providing that for them or at least leading them in the right direction! This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
We have a number of competitors within the Yoga apparel and equipment market. We consider our key competitors to be: Aloyoga, popfit, yogaoutlet, gaiam, outdoor voices. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with these companies by insight and genuine regard for the yoga community being that the founder is a beginner yogi myself. I am able to truly answer to the needs of my loved customers.
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to I would look at my market and see what it is that they are looking for then provide that for them and partner up with key players in the community to spread my brand awareness. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Development of my new product. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
