I know exactly what you need to enhance your natural beauty!." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I am licensed in esthetics and I am also a fashion designer that knows about color theory and what works for each person!. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Spa & Salon Products & Services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Resort Spas and Celebrity Stylists. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Resort Spas and Celebrity Stylists because we have a resort atmosphere and quality͵ upscale services. I am also widely known around the world and famous among beauty businesses.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Offer many unique/trendy services for affordable prices including:

This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into high ticket events/parties & more celebrity style fashion accessories. Full transition into using & selling my own natural products for skin & hair. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 5 years are: 1000000 cust base, Famous Attraction,10 million in profit a yr.
