Databoy is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Tech savvy young professionals. "Databoy will Provide a way to let users interact more effectively and measure transaction motivators to increase brand loyalty." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we build a smart and beautiful UI that gives clients better transactions anywhere by and by offering exclusive incentives that increase brand loyalty. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Cloud POS technology market. We consider our key competitors to be: Square mobile payment,and erply POS. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Square mobile payment,and erply POS by Trusted solutions for 4 years developing on every OS plus creative and innovative design of powerful data systems.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch Preferred rewards to increase adoption and client acquisition . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have 20,000 users registered and 50 corporate partners enrolled . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch POS anywhere app Obtain 5 clients in 4 months 20000 registered members in 6 months
