In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Sly's Design Shoppe will be differentiated; in that I'm an interior designing company, I'm an interior accessory designer with over thirty six (36) years of experience in this field and a small following of New York customers by the value I offer in the quality, sought-after products not found through other designers or store choices, and through the excellent service and support I offers as a professional customer service specialist of sixteen (16) plus years. Client follow-through will be impeccable. This competitive edge leverages the same proven factors that indicated higher success rates for interior design services.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Begin distributing flyers through direct mailers; give out pens and pencils at colleges; advertise on social media; place business cards in books at local libraries, and magazines at store checkouts.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Hire an experienced graphic designer; place a small ad in a local newspaper and a radio ad; vlogging; webinar; attend local conventions, marathons, walks; create pizza box ad stickers; hand stamp ads (club readmission).. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
