Guiding star has a clear business objective to help people to change their Lives and to become better people.These services have been developed over 10 years with a core focus on addressing the needs of clients at the present time.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of clients. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem is to make the necessary changes to live a more fuller and happier Life. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of those people that want a more fulfilling Life.

Guiding star is uniquely positioned to deliver value to people that want to change their Lives. "Guiding star will provide coaching and energy healing using different modalities." In order to deliver the right services, I assure my total dedication, knowledge and passion in order to provide support to the clients to enable change and healing. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of my competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Life coaching and healing market. I consider our key competitors to be: Life coaching and healers .
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. I believe that I can compete effectively with those who provide the same service I do by offering a down to earth approach that delivers results.
I help the customer to remember their inner most desire and to act upon them.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to Market myself and my services. This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy to Become financially secure on this job alone.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year are:
