This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Discerning parents.

Pillow is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Discerning parents. "Pillow will Provide products which aid the culture of sleep and relation in children through comfort." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We have experience in product design and hold a passion for honest local design which enriches peoples sense of home. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Children's beds market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lilly and Lolly

Ikea. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Lilly and Lolly

Ikea by Unique approach to marrying design with the culture of sleep and relaxation.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Design and prototype a bed product to test stability and manufacturing costs. Develop additional items to support the bed brand at launch. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Try to secure additional products to distribute in line with the company ethos. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
