In order to be delivered on this value proposition, our Unique way of rearing animals and poultry production in a healthy environment carefully monitored by a private veterinary doctor assisted us in this project.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Poultry Animal rearing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Local meat and poultry sellers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Local meat and poultry sellers by Unique way of meat production that satisfies and contributes to public health.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Produce lot of crates of eggs, rear animals to be able to meet the demands of the public whenever needed.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Sales for Eid-el-Kabir,Christmas and ceremonies.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
