Overview

Sounds Like...? is an iPhone game which requires users to make a sound for their friends to guess. Friends can be found via email, Facebook and at random. This game has been developed over 6 months with a core focus on providing an entertains game that included everyone.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We have identified that app consumers enjoy apps that they can share with their friends. We have identified this bye making friends share sounds with each other to guess. Points have been allocated to each sound to create a sense of competition and encourage the user to return and continue playing.

We have a number of competitors within the iPhone game app market. We consider our key competitors to be: Zynga, OMG POP, other individual app developers with coding skill.
