Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Indian spices and pulses market. We consider our key competitors to be: Alwan,datar and fresh food. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Alwan,datar and fresh food by Our pricing, quality and the on going business relationship with the major groceries of Abu Dhabi and its rural areas .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop new production plant and new marketing methods . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Introduce new products and exports. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
