This is a critical issue for our selected target market of college students.

In order to deliver on this value proposition, we at Stop and Glow offer all of the products as a custom order to YOUR specifications. You want all blue you got it. You want twenty flashing sunglasses? No problem.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Glow products market. We consider our key competitor to be Wal mart. Our understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Wal mart by selling for the same prices, but we come with you to the actual event. The glow products go where you go without having to run to Walmart to get some and you can make money just by allowing us to set up at the party entrance. Walmart will not share any of the profits.
Key Strategies
Over the next 2 months our focus will be to Approach various sororities about selling the glowsticks at their parties. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Sell out the inventory in one night. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Sign contracts with the most prestigious sororities, bring the most fun to a single event/party, Sell out in one night.
