Minyan Shelanu has a clear business objective to develop Teens at risk services. These services have been developed over 15 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development Our business strategy is oriented around achieving the maximum possible valuation in the shortest period of time.

The Customer

Minyan Shelanu has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Struggling teens in the community. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Drop out teens.

The Value Proposition

Minyan Shelanu is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Drop out teens. "Minyan Shelanu will It is the responsibility of us as a community to recognize the issues and develop a viable working program that will deal with the issues that these teens are facing." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Rabbi Chaim Abadi is working with teens at risk for longer then anyone in town he had 15 years of experience under him. We also have the facility which has a drop in center, supper 5 nights a week and a place where people can learn. That being said most importantly every struggling teen identifies minyan Shelanu as the place to go when he needs sympathy and help with his issues. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Teens at risk market. We consider our key competitors to be: Our main competition is the stigma attached to teens at risk. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Our main competition is the stigma attached to teens at risk by With the communal support we will be able to provide the necessary services in a professional yet unassuming manner to each child whether that is mentoring therapy rehab etc.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch mentors program by hiring mentors to work in the drop in center that provides one on one relationship for each teen. Rehabilitate the game room. Create trips and other incentives. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to 24 hour crisis hotline

Parenting classes

On site therapists. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 6 months are: Rehabilitate game room Launch mentors program Launch crisis hotline and start parenting classes
