When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. We feel this service will set us apart from other online retailers and prevent customer returns. Providing unique fashion to the curvy market that is also affordable will be a critical issue for our selected target market of Young and fashion conscious women.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we design and manufacture our clothing locally enabling us to deliver faster . Our styles will change more frequently we will offer limited quantities so there will not be mass production of our clothing. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Plus size women's apparel market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ashlee Stewart Lane Bryant and a few other online retailers.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ashlee Stewart because we can use our resources to develop unique items . Being able to use unique textiles manufacture locally . Thereby eliminating shipping costs and time from overseas to the USA .
Key Strategies
