"Black Swan Performance Academy will Provide a friendly atmosphere with affordable dance classes for all ages, abilities and body types.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, my appearance on channel 4s big ballet will aid my business in gaining custom, as I have strong links with local press, radio meaning I have publicity on my side and my dance knowledge and expertise is second to none. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Inclusive dance market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other local dance schools. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other dance schools by extensive research time spent to determine what children want and from a dance class, and the advantage of being well known through big ballet and training with Wayne sleep .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertise in schools, institutions, community groups within the Yorkshire region. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Employ other teachers to teach more classes . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
