This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Theater / drag performers.

Dos by delray is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Theater / drag performers. "Dos by delray will Over 20 years of experience working with wigs not only design but making the product." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I've created a few of my own original designs the fish hook for one I can repair damaged wigs and save the life of the hair. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Wigs market. We consider our key competitors to be: Large wig designer corporations Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with None that I'm aware of by 20 years of expierence.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Branch out to theaters and performance company's out reach get name out there and bring more clientele. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Sign at least 2 contracts with theaters doing there hair for shows . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: First theater work Land contract with theater To have at least 10 wig sales a week on ebay
