This is a critical issue for our selected target market of families facing difficult family matters such as divorce, separation, substance abuse, child abuse, and child custody..

The Value Proposition

RJ Family & Visitation Services, LLC is uniquely positioned to deliver value to families facing difficult family matters such as divorce, separation, substance abuse, child abuse, and child custody.. "RJ Family & Visitation Services, LLC will provide supervised visitation, monitored exchange, notary public, and many other community based services to the public in a manner in which is both reasonable and affordable." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will collaborate with "Seeds of Hope Outreach" to offer a variety of services throughout the community.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the family and resource development market. We consider our key competitors to be: Children and Family Services, and a host of independent visitation monitors.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with the Department of Children and Family Services, and a host of independent child visitation monitors. By offering a variety resources and family development services in which are needed throughout the community we are able to sustain and maintain our position amongst these competitors.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to reach as many families as possible through networking, advertisements, and community based services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader vision of profitability while promoting family and community development. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: staff employment, providing additional services, launching a new location.
