Overview

Let Them Be Little has a clear business objective to provide Child Care Services. These services have been developed over the last month with a core focus on addressing the key client problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of my growth strategy I consider it critical to identify and outline my business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. My key long term business objective is to acquire new clients. Client acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and I am seeking to grow the number of clients. I understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. My long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

Let Them Be Little has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our clients. Through a structured client discovery process, we have validated the key client problem as the lack of reliable and loving childcare available in the Peace Country. This is a critical issue for my selected target market of working parents and providers.

The Value Proposition

Let Them Be Little is uniquely positioned to deliver value to working parents and providers. "Let Them Be Little will provide worry-free, reliable and loving care to your child." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I offer a network connection accessable only by registered parents, so they may simply login to my app and see their child and quality of care they are receiving. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

I have a number of competitors within the Child care market. I consider my key competitors to be: Licensed, accredited, and apporoved dayhomes and daycare centers. My understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. I believe that we can compete effectively with Licensed, accredited, and apporoved dayhomes and daycare centers by offering more individualized attention to your child and an oppertunity to see your child via network cam so you don't miss those precious milestones you wouldn't get to witness in an otherwise convential childcare setting.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months my focus will be to Obtain my Daycare Management Certification. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to continue my commitment to sucessfully completing the training program, hire and train employees and take in more children. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of these strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: surpass short-term goals generate enough revenue to begin saving for further training and bigger facility and to also Implement more specialized care and ciricculum
