Overview
KB Events has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Children's events, Hen/Stag Nights, Charity Nights and Fundraisers, as well as many other events. These services have been developed over 2 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. The Value Proposition
KB Events is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Varied. "KB Events will organise memorable events that are specific to each client we have." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have staff with years worth of event management knowledge.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Children's events, Hen/Stag Nights, Charity Nights, Fundraisers market. We consider our key competitors to be: all entertainment companies in the Loch Lomond area. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with these companies as we provide events that the client want. We provide a reliable service and organise events that will always leave the clients extremely happy.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to organise a variety of events. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand the business and organise larger events. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Organise a launch night for KB Events. Expand our list of entertainment. Organise 50 events.
