Over the next 6 months our focus will be to I will aim to grow the revenue for my counter by promoting the brand via collaborations with other companies, whether it be shops, banks, hospitals. Giving free make overs/facials to employees from these companies and hoping to gain them as new and regular customers therefore increasing sales and attracting a new customer base.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
