EMIR Association has a clear business objective to assist the Sexually Abused. These skills have been developed over 7 years with a core focus on addressing the key client problem and associated challenges.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our mentoring objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term assistance objective is to prepare for exit. Our goals are oriented around achieving the maximum possible valuation in the shortest period of time.
The Customer
EMIR Association has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our clients. Through a structured client discovery process, we have validated the key client problem and the emotional toll that being sexually abused has on the abused. This is a critical issue for our selected target clientele as we help begin the healing process.
The Value Proposition
EMIR Association is uniquely positioned to deliver value to help begin the healing process. As a victim of Sexual Abuse I know first hand, "The Struggle," therefore, I speak, teach and mentor from experience.." In order to be delivered from the mental prison I was in, I taught myself to cope, heal, forgive and live again.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our organization.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to gain the trust of those who feel alone and left behind. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to continue to assist new, existing and future clients.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall organizational goal as outlined above.
