In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique algorithm constantly scans newly added swaps and intelligently matches those with prospective swaps. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have very few competitors in the swapping market. We consider our key competitor to be Ebay. Our understanding of Ebay has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ebay because our service is easy and free.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create an advanced algorithm to allow customers to perform multiple way swaps. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to offer an app to allow users to swap from their mobile device. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch app, attain 250000 users, and gain significant traction online.
