Manhiem, Queens Auction. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with South Jersey Auto Bid,
Manhiem, Queens Auction by offering expedited third party DMV services, full quality inspection of vehicles, daily opportunities for customers, lowest prices in the industry. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Market services to auto groups In the tri-state area. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to become an industry leader by providing increased opportunity and flexible auction dates. Develop new methods to expedite sales and increase volume. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
