In order to deliver on this value proposition, we must create a friendly environment for families and golfers in South OKC that offers all the amenities and services of top end country clubs, but with a more relaxed feel. Our expertise in golf programs, leagues, instruction, group trips to other desirable golf destinations, and event coordinating makes WCGCC a great option for families and businesses. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Private club services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Moore Athletic Club, Belmar CC, The Trails, OU Jimmy Austin, and multiple public courses. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Moore Athletic Club, Belmar CC, The Trails, OU Jimmy Austin, and multiple public courses by offering more amenities and customer focus than public courses, while providing the same expertise, service, and amenities of other high end country clubs, but at a better value.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to invest in golf course conditions, club rejuvenation, and friendly well trained personnel. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to maintain pristine course conditions, a high level of member focus, and a high quality food and bev department that matches the needs of our members. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 new members, Fill 50% of all Mondays with Golf Outings 80pp or more, and Maintain course conditions at a higher standard than that of The Trails.
