In order to be deliver on this value proposition, the difference between others vs good karma is i will provide free coffee and donuts to consumers selling to us. We will also match selling prices as it changes in the market.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the aluminum,plastic,glass market in our surroundings.We consider our key competitors to be: Cash2u, Mob and Re planet. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cash2u, Mob and because we can be in the same level as our competitors in this business because we all have the same processing facility and we will also work our way up like them. We will always match top paying prices to consumers to make them keep returning to us.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus in good karma is to promote online and earn business from restaurants , churches, schools etc with offsite purchases. I would want the whole city and neighborhood to know we got the highest paying price in our location. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy,After being a year in business I would like to expand good karma to a second location.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: purchase tons of aluminum, glass and plastic have multiple locations later become a dual entity meaning becoming recycle center and processor.
