Overview

REvisits has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute travel content services. These services have been developed over 4 months with a core focus on addressing key challenges faced by travelers and realizing associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

The Customer

REvisits has been created with a clear focus on the needs of travelers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need people have to know how to arrive at certain destinations and attractions, focusing not only on how beautiful the places are. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of international travelers.

The Value Proposition

REvisits is uniquely positioned to deliver value to international travelers. "REvisits will provide a honest overview of travel sites and destinations, with information only locals or experts would know." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we count on an experienced host who has worked for several TV networks and for major sporting events worldwide, who's also fluent in 4 languages. She will also interact on an ongoing basis with the show's social media followers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the travel content market. We consider our key competitors to be the Travel Channel, Sonia Gil, Travel guides and general online videos. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively by making good use of our creative editing and providing strong interactivity with followers.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to produce quality travel content with a direct social interaction with our viewers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to fully cover the top travel destinations in the world. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Have 200 videos on YouTube, Reach an average of 50,000 views per video, Make $10,000 per month
