Upper body piercing services are non-existant locally.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 'Look at me' and 'Young Optimistic'.

Mira Mira is uniquely positioned to deliver value to 'Look at me' and 'Young Optimistic'. "Mira Mira wishes to satisfy the desire of uniqueness for women by creating signature garments.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Mira Mira uses Fashion forecasting techniques to source up to date fashion trends that influence designs. Mira Mira also has a strong knowledge in Retro & Vintage fashion offering information to customers about the era of fashion, design-lines and history of garments. Mira Mira uses modern and retro/vintage fabrics, embellishments and design-lines for every garment created. Mira Mira produces small stocklines of designed garments to ensure originality/one-off accents to each customer. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Mira Mira not only retails own label garments but also offers garments that are redesigned from 'Original' Retro & Vintage pieces to create a modern - bring back to life each garment with new embellishments, reconstructed design-lines for create 'One-off' accents.
Mira Mira also offers local clients an upper body piercing service which this service does not exist locally..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Market Mira Mira through Fashion show events at local venues.
Contracting Upper Body Piercing service to local beauty salons. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Explore partnership with other existing Fashion labels - open a shop space for production and showroom.
Distribution to interstate fashion boutiques.
Set up a licensed piercing studio locally that is of Industry standards and regulations. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
