Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as planning and design and assisting clients to get their project and ideas off the ground by providing information and advice on how to achieve the best and most cost effective routes and solutions.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Home owners, Property Developers, and investors.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, We offer a refund upon further forward chain engagement and offer impartiality with whole lifecycle including Architects, Surveyors and Build Engineers via our Limited Partnership LP model.so that each partner is a separate registered entity and therefore provide the connected solutions all in house with a single point of contact and service. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Planning, Architecture, Surveying and Build marketplace.
We consider our key competitors to be: Architects, Surveyors and Build Engineers not connected to our model and platform.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Architects, Surveyors and Build Engineers by utilising our robust back office including Cad drawings, Measured Surveys, Design and our ability to cross pollinate and interweave within projects reducing cost and time.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be on our expansion programme we have tested our model and engagement practices.
We have secured an incubator office where we will train designer's to visit clients and present our company and discuss thier project and provide routes to engage.
We provide everything that's needed to get the engagement from a centralised back office and multi homed practice.
We are also looking to expand our customers aquisition process and this will include Web based marketing strategy and procedures. .
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand area of operations and services. Including products such as kitchens and bathrooms and development. We also hope to bring on board more freelancers and practitioner level partners.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Establishment of regional profit centres with trained professional Designers in each centre Providing more diversity and range of products and solutions.
