Folayan's has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Food, Deserts and Entertainment services. These products and services have been developed over 3 1/2 Years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

Folayan's has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Creating a first class business plan that anyone and everyone will love and agree with.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of family's.
The Value Proposition
Folayan's is uniquely positioned to deliver family values. "Folayan's Day and night cafe, great place to network amazing destination for any event..." My unique idea will put an end to that endless venue search weather it be a baby shows or sweet 16.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have no competitors within the Food, Deserts,& Entertainment market. We would consider our key competitors to be: Any cafe with live entertainment and late hours. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe there will be no competition what so ever being that there's nothing like us anywhere around..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create a menu with a price for each service and product that will be sold. Create a look for the cafe. And create 5 signature recipes for a taste of what's to come.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have a tasting. Use the 5 signature cakes, 5 items from the menu, and some of the colors and them related items to give the people a taste of what it would be like.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
