Just Talk About It! has a clear business objective to promote a Therapeutic counseling service for juveniles. These services have been developed over Two months with a core focus on addressing the key client problem and associated opportunities.

Where as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to provide a strong therapeutic relationship within the communities we serve. Our therapeutic services are considered to be the most critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of clients we serve. We understand that client growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with client acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear client acquisition process.

The Customer

Just Talk About It! has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our clients. Through a structured client discovery process, we have validated the key client problem of needing first class therapeutic services. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Juveniles.

The Value Proposition

Just Talk About It! is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Juveniles. "Just Talk About It! will help juveniles understand their rules and any speed bumps that could hold them back from becoming a productive adult. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are able to take a direct personal interest in the juveniles that We work with to ensure their success. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Therapeutic counseling market. We consider our key competitors to be: People's Place, A Center for Mental Wellness, and Children and Family's First. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with People's Place, A Center for Mental Wellness, and Children and Family's First by Unique style of therapeutic services, play therapy integrated with family therapy.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to make professional contacts to become a state contractor/referral agency. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to recruit accredited counselors like myself and offer expanded counseling services to juveniles. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next years is to obtain two new clients every week, hire certified counselors as client base expands to meet our goal in helping juveniles.
