We have a number of competitors within the Private Tutoring market. We consider our key competitor to be: Antrim Tutoring. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Antrim Tutoring by having a unique one tutor, one pupil, no specific times, easily changeable with no 'cancellation' fees policy.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to design a new website and spread the word. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to hire another tutor and eventually move on to dedicated premises.
