This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Design,furnish and selling market. We consider our key competitors to be moriah platics and 3I'd.
We are different from our competitors such as moriah plastics,course our agenda and our goals are personal and we will work endlessly to reach them and please your needs as well as ours.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors such as moriah plastics because we love what we do,we come up with our designs and we'll always go the extra mile.

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to teller market,canvas door to door and advertize in news papers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to To let our business grow BEYOND our expectation.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch a new product every 3 months. We will be known nation wide. In the following 3 years we'll have more then a 1000 customers
