"Business Planning HQ will be providing a service to beautify females on their special day and to capture memories of their special day. We like to make our services memorable for our customers.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we provide services that are worthwile and memorable. It's not about the money, what we do are also our passion that will be living out till the end. We really feel in our heart to provide packages to help customers that is not financially stable.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the photography, make-Up, hair and nail market. We consider our key competitors to be: All photographers and beauty therapists. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with all photographers and beauty therapists by providing a variety of packages for clients to make use of and we also help our clients by relieving a lot of their stress by providing majority of the services. Instead of the services that will be provided by different employers, there will only be one employer providing all services. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to deliver the best services we can to our customers. To be creative and ambitious. To be committed and loyal to our customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to our aim that is to grow so that there can be more employees involved in the business, in order to deliver more services on weekends. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: To do so well to be able to get more employees in business.To do more than +- 10 functions a weekend. To launch a magazine named "Tips on how to plan your special day."
