EluneyCG has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Custom music equipment and other custom goods products. These products have been developed over a week with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.
The Customer
EluneyCG has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as overpriced inconvenient products. We plan on always charging a fair amount and always beating our competitors until we reach the limit. We'll also make sure to have an honest business and set up payment plans, for people financially struggling. Another plan is doing business much quicker like shipping products on the same day without extra costs. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Musicians.
The Value Proposition
EluneyCG is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Musicians. "EluneyCG will create custom gear upon request and charge the best prices and honesty." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we look into the prices that similar sellers are using. Although they have quality they're not really giving that custom feel. But somehow they're still charging hundreds. Now we plan on capturing buyers by giving an even better quality product with actual custom feel to it and at honest low prices, which are half of what the competitors price their product at. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Custom music equipment and other custom goods market. We consider our key competitors to be: One man sellers and gear makers like fender. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with One man sellers and other companies like fender by never over pricing our products and never make it something in unworthy of being bought for what they're priced at. We want to do something much better and charge much better.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Select a few trusted people to help promote the products in different cities and look for people in need of good cheaper products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to begin hiring a few people to complete tasks that will increase efficiency. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain more than a hundred customers, own a building to become the headquarters, and grow large enough to compete with fender or Gibsons products.
