The LvL has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Computer repair and building products and services. These products and services have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

The LvL has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Computer troubleshooting and building computers suited to an individuals need. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Everyone using computers.

The Value Proposition
 

The LvL is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Everyone using computers. "The LvL will Provide prompt and individual computer services tailored to each individual." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I have a dedicated mind for what I'm doing and something I want to build and expand whilst I'm in school and the many years after. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Computer repair and building market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mad Mikes computer repair, TC Computers, Best Buy/ Geek Squad, all online computer building services. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mad Mikes computer repair, TC Computers, Best Buy/ Geek Squad, all online computer building services by I want to provide and individual touch that others can't provide and to give people the piece of mind that I can show them where the problem was and what I did to fix it, I want to build a computer tailored to your individual needs that will feel like you made it yourself.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to I am going to promote through flyers and online advertising for people to give me the opportunity to help repair and to build custom computers for them. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to I want to start my own line of custom computers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Acquire 100 customers Build 100 computers Build my brand and launch a successful program tailored to the customer
