Essence Events has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Small business promotion services. These services have been developed over 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Essence Events is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Small business clients. "Essence Events will Provide small businesses and home based businesses an opportunity to showcase their business. To get social networking, and your name out into the community.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I provide each individual business their own marketing plan, that fits their needs and wants. While raising awareness for local non profit charitys.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Small business promotion market. We consider our key competitors to be: Northern nv leading ladies. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Northern nv leading ladies. by offering each client more personalized, service to help that business grow. Building that business name within the community, via, social media networking, flyers, sales,advertising, promotional items.
While doing so we also are helping our local non profits by including them in each event, by donating a percentage of the event to them..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Provide more incentives for smaller just starting out company's. Strategic planning to give each individual business its edge. For marketing and promotions.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand throughout the region. Host larger, longer vendor shows. Develop more strategic plans to give top marketing and promotions, advertising with bigger agents.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Consistent monthly shows Trust and reliability within community Help 12 non profits yearly
