In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have created 10 soaps & lotions, each having their own special characteristics. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the goats milk soap & lotion market. We consider our key competitors to be: Zum Bar, . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Zum Bar, by not making customers have to cut their own soap. Our bars are larger, and fit in the hand comfortably, and customers can purchase a set of soap & lotion Also our packaging is pretty enough for gift giving.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be on creating a fundraising packet. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into church fundraising market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
