In order to deliver on this value proposition, we NEAL TRANSIT are MBE and DBE certified which allows us to bid on certain government contracts specifically for certified companies. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Freight goods transportation market. We consider as of right now, no DBE certified companies in out target area. Our understanding of little to none competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can operate effectively with no DBE certified companies in our target. With no DBE competition in my area (Trucking companies) , the market is wide open.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Get the second truck up and running. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to acquiring a 53ft trailer. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Grow a fleet of 4 trucks and 4 trailers, Build and trucking terminal Land and service a good size contract
