This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Independent Film & Media makers.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our experienced team has worked everything from feature films to commercials in various positions and facets, across all budget ranges. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Video Production market. We consider our key competitors to be: Asylum Productions, Machinema, Makers Studio. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Asylum Productions, Machinema, Makers Studio with our ladder climbing, in the trench experience.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Increase access and availability to a higher standard of production quality through better equipment acquisitions and practices. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to develop two (2) features in development in addition to producing two (2) 12 episode web shows. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Expand cinema quality equipment inventory, push a finished feature for theatrical release, and produce 100 episodes of high quality and engaging web/new media content.
