Overview

gigiSafeHOUSE has a clear service objective to develop, promote and distribute "Serve All People." The services have been developed over six months with a core belief focus on addressing the key problems and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our organizational objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term organizational objective is to acquire new donors, contributors and continued support of all God's children. Donors and contributors acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of donors and contributors. We understand that donors and contributors growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with donors and contributors acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear donors and contributors acquisition process.

The Customer

gigiSafeHOUSE has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our local family, friends and neighbors. Through a structured organizational discovery process, we have validated the key problem as Developing a volunteer core. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of All God's Children in Need.

The Value Proposition

gigiSafeHOUSE is uniquely positioned to deliver value to All God's Children in Need. "gigiSafeHOUSE will Provide Services that will improve daily life.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are dedicated in serving our family, friends and neighbors.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Serve All People market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other non profit organizations. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other non profit organizations by maintaining an individual global culture that will meet each person and family members needs.


Key Strategies

Over the next six months, our focus will be to Finalize 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Establish partnerships and relationships with local businesses, churches and other non profit organizations. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall organizational goal as outlined above.

Milestones

The measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next two years are: Launch annual fundraising event Launch Launch
