We have a number of competitors within the Real estate solutions market. We consider our key competitors to be: Remax condo store, Sothbeys international, and other full service real estate brokerages. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors by utilizing our unique approach delivered by a team of diverse professional backgrounds.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop key strategic partnerships to enhance our referral network and sales pipeline. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand our service offering to include educational seminars and workshops in condos /building in downtown Toronto . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
