In order to be deliver on this value proposition, Our unique, multi-step process ensures an impeccably polished/fully sanitized grill. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Clean grills sell products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ace and Firefly. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ace/Firefly by promoting a unique/effective process, and by providing products that are well researched/highly touted We also intend to have ongoing client management (monthly email blasts/yearly calls), present ourselves with professionalism/branded materials, and we are the only service fully dedicated to this venture - we are the resident experts (others provide pool cleaning and other "add-ons").
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop social marketing tools (and utilize other inexpensive/free channels of communication), and will launch our service properly (a well-researched, coordinated roll-out). This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to: to a more succinct view (based upon data) as to which products we should provide customers; also, we will ferret out the avenues of communication that are bringing us the most (and those lucrative) clients. These strategies will include a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by clear milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year: launch the business properly; service 100 clients; sell $12,000 worth of product (on top of cleaning); and have enough profit for steamer unit.
