Sidewinder's LLC has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute gourmet diner favorites products and services. These products and services have been developed over two years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of connoisseurs of great flavor.

Sidewinder's LLC is uniquely positioned to deliver value to connoisseurs of great flavor. "Sidewinder's LLC will provide memorable meals that will resonate with you long after the meal has past." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have eleven years of experience in high volume, fine dining establishments with a refined pallet making use the culinary juggernaut we are today.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the diner market. We consider our key competitors to be: Brooklyn Diner, Gracie Mew's Diner and Van Dam Diner.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Brooklyn Diner, Gracie Mew's Diner and Van Dam Diner with our chef owned and managed concept providing diner classics with a gourmet spin in a mid century modern inspired atmosphere.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Scout locations in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn where the food truck will profit, build a following on multiple social media platforms and refine the menu to best suit target customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand the concept into a restaurant in a location with the greatest following as well as utilizing the truck as a mobile catering unit.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year are:
