Shardzboutike has a clear business objective to produce Classy morden stylish products. These products have been developed over 5 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new clothing store. useful to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

Shardzboutike has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem. My boutique addresses issues such as uncomfortable clothing, not having big sizes for women with a curvy build. Variety of colour and styles of different items. My boutiques aims to cater for the needs of those women that finds it hard to find comfortable stylish clothing that women of a petite frame is able to wear. Provide accessories and other different fashionable products.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Valopsious women and women in general.

The Value Proposition

Shardzboutike is uniquely positioned to deliver value to women especially Valopsious women, "Shardzboutike will Provide a service for all woman of shapes and sizes, Affordable clothing that is sexy and at the same time classy..." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I feel I am able to deliver the services of providing/selling particular items to meet the customers needs because I have been a customer with these particular problems and issues myself. I feel the market lacks businesses that sales clothing as such. Being on the shapely sized I'm pretty sure what women are looking for . Through research also, may it be speaking to different women or being a mystery shopper myself.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Havin had the same issues with sizes and comfortablity when it comes to clothing. I am able to make a different a in delivering what women need. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be as the sales manager . Providing stylish clothing and accessories for customers. I will be doing small questionnaires surveys with potential people and my target customers to get a feel of what people like and the sort of clothing that's in fashion at the moment. I also be looking to introduce something different to my boutique. Providing clothes of sale for women of all sizes .. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy. I will be looking to expand the business introducing male clothing. Eventually having my own boutiques name stamp on the clothing with my own personal designs on my items .. Hopefully looking to launch my business in a big store, generating even more customers, to get the business recognised by many. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch business, Build a excellent customer based service Business growth and success. Be recognised by many. Within the 2 years to launch an online store, as the web is very popular, it' will also be convenient to those that may not be able to make it into the store.
