These products and services have been developed over 25 years of experience in the learning and development space. The core focus is to help identify and then address the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and to align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Learning21C has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as overcoming the fear of and actively using the benefits of the technologies, tools, systems and media that enhance the learner experience. Enhancing the learning experience means more effective learning with positive spinoff rewards, revenues and living standards. This is a critical issue for our selected target market; The global learning community.

We have a number of competitors within the 21st Century learning solutions market. We consider our key competitors to be: Kalleo, Kineo, LR, The Training Room Online, Damelin, FET colleges, as well as numerous private training providers.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Kalleo, Kineo, LR, The Training Room Online, Damelin, FET colleges, private training providers. We have witnessed best and the worst practices of early adopters of 21st century learning. We have extensive expertise in the ICT domain that enables us to provide customized solution alignment with any learning need. Being small we are also agile and able to delivery cost-effective solutions.
Key Strategies
Over the next six months our focus will be to network and market actively and extensively, both face to face as well as electronically, through social media, the internet and email.
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to actively provide our services to companies,learning organizations and
individuals.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next two years are:
Obtain 10 long-term customers
Develop and offer an evolving shopping basket of current topical training courses
Increased participation on Speaking Circuit as a revenue stream and networking resource.
