We have a number of competitors within the Party entertainment and products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Cake shops,supermarkets,mascot moments. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cake shops,supermarkets,mascot moments by Bouncy castles for rent,homemade pinatas,creativity,management experience.,,


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promote via Webb,leaflets cards etc,be creative with product,work hard,put time in,verbally promote,create portfolio.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Test the best/worst sellers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
