In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we It's something unique; that no other company developed yet, allows a better research of the market filling possible gaps, and allowing the company to grow their relations with guests. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Better costumer service, tailor to costumers market. We consider our key competitors to be: Possible developments from other companies, such Intercontinental, HIlton, Sofitel... . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition.
