In order to deliver on this value proposition, we will conveniently locate lockers at workers offices or at their living facility, eliminating runs to dry cleaners or store to buy detergent. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Laundry service market. We consider our key competitors to be: Atlanta press box and local pick up and drop off facilities. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Atlanta press box and local pick up and drop off facilities by placing our locker drop off locations with in work and living facilities of middle class workers.


Key Strategies
