Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

In order to deliver on this value proposition, my nutrition degree, raw vegan background, and many years of experience as an obsessive nutrition researcher, this has given me the professional ability to help hundreds of people gain their health back and so much more. I have discovered the fastest most efficient way to ultimate health. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Organic Cold-pressed Juice market. We consider our key competitors to be: Suja, Juicepress, Blueprint Cleanse, Organic Avenue, yLive, Squeezedonline.com. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Suja, Juicepress, Blueprint Cleanse, Organic Avenue, yLive, Squeezedonline.com by utilizing our far more advanced nutrition expertise and our line of delicious premium organic juice blends that never use HPP.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to appoint a sales manager and sell at farmers markets/events. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to open up our RAWrJUICEry. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: finalize logo and associated marketing material, sell at farmers markets/events, open up our first RAWrJUICEry.
