This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Life insurance market. We consider our key competitors to be: Established life insurers and financial planners . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Established life insurers and financial planners by A human face and emotive experience that create the dream first then insures against the plan .
Key Strategies
Over the next 12 months our focus will be to Seek and recruit and high profile client to create a bespoke policy . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have one creative ambassador in each region (Oz, US, UK, South Asia, China and Middle East) . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
