This is a critical issue for our selected target market of the broad market and the ability to target young and old alike.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our key focus will be on the products offered. Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the barista style coffee industry & catering market. We consider our key competitors to be: Costa coffee, Nero, Starbucks, Bebo Cafe and Greggs. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Costa coffee, Nero, Starbucks, bebo cafe, greggs by making more profit from the sale of food rather than high volumes of coffee being sold.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to offer customers something different than what is normally sold in a regular coffee shop. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to new product development & eventually, wholesale distribution. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
