Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as new businesses but problems I have seen in the past while working in the field is making prices affordable and truly be a company that is here to help clients. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of high school athletes and youth sports.

The Lab Sports Performance is uniquely positioned to deliver value to high school athletes and youth sports. "The Lab Sports Performance will providing a service that I have created and that has multiply years of experience in the field and have become an expert in the field and learned from some of the best coaches." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I have learned from alot of great coaches and took what I have learned from different coaches and created a new way of training that will produce great results. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the next level sports training market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other local sports performance gyms in the area. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other local sports performance gyms in the area by Drive to succeed .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Myself and my business partner will get out and promote and be the dales person for our company . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Being able to expand oland hire one or two people to help increase revenue and new clients even more..
